Hire our beautiful, custom built mobile bar cart for weddings, showers, picnics,
birthdays, product launches, corporate functions or celebrations of any kind,
and we will take care of all your event drinks catering needs.
To keep the fun flowing and your guests refreshed, we offer a number of package options
to suit your event requirements, from BYO beverages, to fully inclusive
drinks packages and everything in between.
OPTION 1 – PRIVATE EVENTS
2 Hour Package – Perfect for Wedding ceremonies, parties, showers and corporate events!
This packages includes:
The Little Bar Cart hire
Premium glassware (up to 100 pieces)
RSA accredited, experienced service/bar staff
6 x 5KG bags of ice and 3 large drink tubs
1 x 6ft trestle table with cover
4 x Polished brass bollards with black velvet rope
Delivery, set-up, pack down
Travel within 1.5 hours of Brisbane CBD
(outside of this, additional travel costs may apply)
Package Price $690 + GST
2 hours is the minimum package we offer.
If your event is longer than 2 hours, an additional charge
of $100 + GST will apply for every hour thereafter.
Combined Wedding Ceremony and Reception Package
The Little Bar Cart can take care of all your
Wedding Ceremony and Reception drinks requirements.
Whether your Ceremony and Reception are at the same location or different venues,
The Little Bar Cart can help!
We start with the 2 Hour Package for your ceremony using The Little Bar Cart.
Then, for your reception, we continue to utilise The Little Bar Cart at the same venue
OR we can transport The Little Bar Cart to the next location, set up and keep the drinks flowing!
Package Price From $690 + GST, plus reception hours and travel costs (if required)
Total price will depend on the number of The Little Bar Cart staff you require,
and for how many hours.
We can provide a recommendation and quote to you based on your event particulars,
expected guest numbers and staffing requirements.
OPTION 2 – DESIGN YOUR OWN

OPTION 3 – PUBLIC EVENTS
This package includes everything in the 2 Hour Package
and is used in the event that you require us to provide alcohol
and other beverages for the purposes of selling direct to your guests or the public.
We will discuss all of your event requirements, including the obtaining of
any Queensland / New South Wales liquor license, as may be necessary.
