We have a number of options for you to choose from depending on the circumstances of your event. They range from the Private Event 2 Hour Package, right up to Big Event Packages where we bring all the beverages for the purposes of selling direct to the public.
We can also provide you with very competitive pricing on your beverage requirements. Ask us for a sample price list.

OPTION 1 – PRIVATE EVENTS
2 Hour Package – Perfect for Wedding Ceremonies but available for any event!
Bring your own alcohol or we can supply
This packages includes:
The Little Bar Cart hire
Delivery, set-up, pack down
Premium glassware (up to 100 pieces)
Two experienced service/bar staff
6 x 5KG Bags of Ice and 3 large drink tubs
1 x 6ft trestle table with black lycra cover
4 x Polished brass bollards with black velvet rope
Package Price $690 + GST
If your event is longer than 2 hours, we charge $100 + GST for every hour thereafter. 2 hours is the minimum package we offer.
Wedding Ceremony and Reception Package
If you want TLBC to take care of your Wedding Ceremony and Reception, this is one of our specialties!
We start with the 2 Hour Package for your ceremony using The Little Bar Cart.
For your reception, depending on the location, we can continue to utilise The Little Bar Cart, or, we can utilise a dedicated bar area at the venue. For example, we do weddings where the ceremony and reception is at the same venue, so our staff can continue serving from The Little Bar Cart, or, move to the dedicated bar area at the venue and continue with service for the reception. If the reception is at a different location to the ceremony, we can either transport The Little Bar Cart to the next location, or, our staff can travel to the reception venue and utilise the dedicated bar area on-site.
Package Price From $690 + GST, plus reception hours
Final price will depend on how many hours you require TLBC staff in total, and also how many TLBC staff you require.
We can provide a recommendation and quote to you based on your expected guest numbers.
OPTION 2 – PUBLIC EVENTS
This package includes everything in the Option 1 package, and is used in the event
that you require us to provide alcohol and other beverages for the purposes of selling direct to the public.
We will obtain the appropriate Victorian liquor license when required.
